Service Membership agreement

Memberships are valid for a 12-month period from the date of enrollment unless otherwise stated in writing. Benefits do not roll over or carry forward beyond the membership term unless specifically noted.

Membership fees are due in full at the time of enrollment or via an approved recurring payment plan.

Membership fees are non-refundable, whether or not the full benefits are used.

Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.

A 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card transactions.

A 1% service fee will be applied to ACH (bank transfer) payments.

Service fees are non-refundable and apply to membership fees and any additional services billed.

Membership benefits apply to labor services only unless otherwise specified.

Parts, materials, specialty equipment, fluids, and third-party services are not included and will be billed separately.

Labor is billed at the member rate according to the active membership plan.

Mobile service fees, trip charges, after-hours service, emergency calls, and mileage fees are not included unless specifically stated in the membership plan.

Service is provided within the company’s defined service area.

Members receive priority scheduling according to the selected membership plan is subject to availability.

Priority scheduling does not guarantee same-day or emergency service.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Membership does not cover:

• Major component replacement (engines, frames, structural rebuilds)

• Manufacturer warranty work handled by dealerships

• Insurance claim repairs

• Pre-existing conditions identified prior to membership enrollment

• Abuse, neglect, or damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper modifications

Membership plans are not a warranty or insurance policy. They do not replace or extend manufacturer warranties and do not guarantee coverage for all repairs.

Memberships are non-transferable and apply only to the RV listed at enrollment. A different RV requires a separate membership.

Customers may cancel their membership at any time; however:

• Membership fees are non-refundable

• Benefits end immediately upon cancellation

• Thirty (30) day written notification required

The company reserves the right to cancel or refuse membership due to:

• Non-payment

• Abuse of services

• Unsafe working conditions

• Misrepresentation of RV condition or ownership

The company is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage

• Delays due to weather, parts availability, or access limitations

• Inddirect or consequential damages

Terms, pricing, and benefits may be updated with reasonable notice. Changes will not reduce benefits already paid for during the active term.

Each membership plan includes a Plan Addendum outlining specific benefits and limitations. In the event of a conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a Plan Addendum, the Plan Addendum shall control.

By enrolling in a membership plan, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
